About 8 Pilots flew Cape Lookout today (Steve F, Mark S, Rob S, Rob R, Jimmy B, Kim, Kims wife?, Steve M)
Forslund and I made it to the end of the cape (and back). He had well over two hours for his two flights. I also had two flights (~17 and 65 minutes) and got 1000+ over launch. Eagles were sitting in the nest, they appear to have eggs there.

It turned on again at about 6:30pm Thursday and
logged 1800' over launch in nice smooth air. Lift all the way to the North
end of the camping area. Friday was very nice also if you launched
early. 1400' over launch and two trips to the end of the cape on a 2.5hr
flight. Some very big fish were coming to the surface and feeding on
something shiny in the water just North of the cove at the end of the
cape. Almost forgot about my altitude out there watching the fish.
