Almost OT. Well, pushing the edge at least.

Actually, that was Glenn Tupper, Maren's U.S. compatriot team pilot for Parajet Paramotors. (Did we forget to mention that she is now a sponsored pilot? I can never remember these things...)

Glenn is a great guy and an awesome pilot. He is currently flying on a Zenith Polini 200. We have just recently acquired the machine you see in the video, a Volution Polini 100, for use here with the PPG side of our school. (Should be available in two weeks or so.)

Maren is still loving her Zenith motor. We are hoping to have time and weather to go out flying PPG again on Monday. She far she has actually found her unit to work surprisingly well for both thermal flying and ridge soaring too. The thermal flying part was somewhat of a surprise. We were out in some bumps, and she was able to stay up (for a while) with the motor at idle even on her normal free flight glider.

Dang sure need some airtime! :-)

At 1:57 isn't that the car from 'Dumb and Dumber'?

Only thing I might change is have the PPG dump a 10 gallon bucket of
Valspar on everybody at the end...
