In the process of creating the easement for Oceanside, we had a management plan that addressed camping. It was brought to our attention that camping is not allowed on these residential lots unless you’re building a house and have a permit. Therefore, no camping at launch until further notice, despite the fact that people have been camping up there for 50 years…
