How to run CPAC processing using fMRIPrep preprocessed outputs

Hello,

I am attempting to run CPAC processing using fMRIPrep preprocessed outputs, and I am not entirely sure how to begin.

How should I configure the YAML data settings file, configs file, and pipeline in C-PAC to use fMRIPrep outputs rather than CPAC preprocessing the already preprocessed data?

Hello Mounami,

CPAC cannot yet smoothly ingress fmriprep outputs into the pipeline, though this is one of our next targets for future release (most likely v1.8.7).

We can contact you in this thread once it is available - in the meantime, please let us know what specific processing needs you have, including any feature requests, so that we can consider this feedback when implementing new functionality.

Thank you so much for responding!

At the moment, I am trying to run time series extraction on the subjects. Is there a workaround to doing so currently using CPAC and fmriprep outputs?
