Software versions in CPAC v1.6.2.a

Dear friends,

I am writing my dissertation, reporting the analyses I conducted with C-PAC v1.6.2.a. I wanted to confirm which versions of AFNI, FSL, ANTS, Nipype, etc did that C-PAC versions use.

Where can I find such information?

Hi Victor!

You can find the library versions for C-PAC v1.6.2a here:

On a side note, we've recently implemented versioned user documentation, allowing you to see the user docs for each version of C-PAC. However, we don't have an updated list of the library versions for each one, at this time. I think that might be a good addition on our end.

I didn't find the AFNI and FSL versions there, but I found them elsewhere (FSL in the pipeline run log, and AFNI in a pipeline run log that had crashed in an AFNI step and reported the version).

I'm fine for now.
