Hi,

I encountered a problem when I run the default C-PAC pipeline with conmmand:

##########
cpac run /nfs/turbo/jiankanggroup/hcp_rest/data /nfs/turbo/jiankanggroup/hcp_rest/try/newdata/outputs participant --data_config_file /nfs/turbo/jiankanggroup/hcp_rest/try/data_config_try.yml --skip_bids_validator
###########

It seems that it just stuck at some point when running "slicing timing". After it showed the warnings below, the procedure did not continue and I did not get any output files. I am really confused about this problem. I would appreciate if you could give me some suggestions.

Hi Moyan,

See response 1 here.

Based on the callback log in that thread, I'd estimate slice timing would need 7.4 GB for those input data, so --mem_gb 7 would still be too low.
