CPAC: TypeError: Input nifti fie is not a 4D file

Hello,

When running the CPAC default pipeline, the file sub-09_task-sadln_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_boldref.nii.gz is not recognized as a 4D file by the command. I also tried unzipping the file and I still get this error:

TypeError: Input nifti file: /bids_dataset/sub-09/func/sub-09_task-sadln_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_boldref.nii is not a 4D file.

I'm not entirely sure where I am going wrong with my process, so any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! If there were any crash files, can you attach them? Can you also attach the pipeline config that CPAC generates?
