default pipeline from "design a pipeline" configurable pipeline option

Hello,

If I design a pipeline at "https://fcp-indi.github.io/C-PAC_GUI/" the default pipeline suggest to write the preprocessed into MNI space at 3mm resolution and subsequently smooth using a 4mm FWHM kernel. As far as I know the kernel should be at least twice the resolution, i.e. 6mm in this case. 

Is this a mistake or what is the purpose of this particular configuration?
