I followed each and every step as given in documentation on windows XP
32bit machine with 8GB and quad core pentium.
I downloaded reactome bioPax file from reactome database and loaded.
The loading was successful ( had to change field size of some
tables). After loading the data I tried to index but does not complete
it errors. However before this I had tried with the owl file which is
given in sample directory. The indexing worked fine for that.

-Xmx in admin.pl is set to 1500M / I have also tried with default
1024M both the cases it fails. Please see the error message below.
your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanking You

Hi,
After reporting this error. I started fresh db installation and
application build -- and generated new war. I did not see the problem
I reported earlier. :) I am successfully running latest Reactome
biopax data on my system.
Now I will try to load other similar pathway data.

cpath is an excellent contribution to the community.
Thanks for making it available free of cost.
