Errors Installing cPath

Hi,

I am following the cPath Administrator Guide in installing cPath and
I
have having problems at step 6.5 Index BioPAX Records .

When I follow the instructions I get these errors:

[root@localhost bin]# ./admin.pl -f index

Using CPATH_HOME /usr/local/cPATH

-----------------------------------------
Fatal Error: File Not Found: index
-----------------------------------------
