Hi guys,

I downloaded the cPath distrib on Oct 12th and found I that cannot uncompres the cpath distrib on windows, because the one of the files has a pathname which is too long:
ant_eater/logs/TEST-cpath_search_HttpRequest_http___www_cbio_mskcc_org_cpath_webservice_do_3Fversion_3D1_0_26cmd_3Dget_b_keyword_26q_3Dinteractor_id_253A307_26format_3Dhtml_26startIndex_3D0_26organism_3D_26maxHits_3D10_line-86_test-13.xml

It works fine on my linux system though.

Regards

Thanks for letting us know.  Also, the Phase 10 development document is out:

It should be a relatively short phase.

Hello Iain,

Thanks, we always appreciate bug reports. Fortunately, this is an easy
fix. We currently use AntEater to test the cPath web site every night.
However, the source distribution was including the results of the AntEater
tests -- hence the very long file names. I modified the nightly script to
create the source distribution before running AntEater, and this fixes
the problem. The latest new source distribution with the bug fixed is now
available on the dev site:
