follow up regarding grad student research conference in may

Hi cPARNers,

Hope you're all well!  Just got off the phone with Richard and ELR is glad to support a grad student research conference/ symposium this upcoming May (one of the recommendations from the grad student report).  He has asked me to put together a draft RFP and list of objectives/outcomes.  I was wondering if anyone from cPARN would be interested in helping to draft it or provide comments on a draft and/or joining the conference planning team.  Shooting to start releasing RFP by March 1 with a deadline of April 1.  Conference would be held per our discussion during that week between grades and commencement.

I have a meeting tomorrow during your cPARN lunch so i can't phone in .  But perhaps you all could float the idea around and we can figure out another time to talk soon?
