Convention Center Petition

From the Tennessean, below. I encourage you to log on and sign this
petition to ask the Council to bring the proposed convention center
to
a public vote. Before we get railroaded into spending a billion
dollars of public money and burdening the next generation with $40
million dollars in annual debt service, we should have a chance to
speak our minds. ]
