The impact of this development on our neighborhoods will be enormous.
Please join us and your fellow West Nashville neighbours at Cohn
School tonight for one of our last chances to have input into the
future
development of our corner of Nashville.
Many thanks,

Officials to explain May Town's impact
Two Metro Council members will join city planners Monday to help West
Nashville residents understand the impact the proposed May Town Center
development could have on their neighborhoods.
Council members Emily Evans and Jason Holleman will co-host the
community meeting with the Metro Planning Department about the massive
project proposed for the Bells Bend area.
Road projects that would have to be undertaken to provide access to
May Town Center would affect their districts, which include areas like
West Meade and White Bridge Road.
"After a careful review of the independent traffic study ... it is
clear that the May Town developers have made certain assumptions about
how my district will change in the coming years," Holleman said in a
news release. "Some of those assumptions are valid, some are not, and
some have not even been discussed within our community."
The meeting will start tonight, Monday, June 1, 6 p.m. at Cohn School,
4805 Park Ave. The
Metro Planning Commission is expected to vote on the May Town Center
rezoning proposal on June 25. The first of two public hearings was
held Thursday.
