Dev versions don't show up on author page?

I just uploaded a dev release of Exporter today to CPAN. I have pause
bits to do so. When I look at my author page, I notice it's not
listed. I suspect when I upload the production version, it will show
up. Is this a bug or by design?

Hi Todd,

this is up for discussion. Currently only releases tagged as "latest" will show up on the author page. A dev release won't be tagged as "latest" if there is a stable version available.
