Dear All,
Swachh Bharat Cess was implemented from 15 Nov 2015. NCDEX in its bills
for Risk Management Fees and Penalties for Short margin reporting has
charged the same from 01 Nov 2015. We spoke to NCDEX in this regard.
They said that it has been charged the same way for all the Members. It
will be a revenue loss for the Members as Members have started
collecting the cess only from 15 Nov 2015.
Request the forum to take up the matter with the Exchange.
