Coffee & Conversation is happening TOMORROW!

Thursday, December 4 from 12:30–2 p.m.

Tattered Cover Book Store on Colfax

(2526 East Colfax Avenue)

Just a quick reminder that Coffee and Conversation is happening *tomorrow*, and we’d love to see you there! These gatherings are a wonderful chance to meet new neighbors, hear what’s happening in your community, and talk through any issues or ideas you’d like to share.

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, December 4 from 12:30–2 p.m. at the Tattered Cover Book Store on Colfax (2526 East Colfax Avenue). We’ll be meeting inside their cozy Colfax location, which offers plenty of space to chat—and their in-house café serves great coffee, tea, and light bites to fuel good conversation.

We’re inviting attendees to submit questions in advance. This helps us make the most of our time together and makes sure everyone has a chance to be heard.

We’ll start by addressing submitted questions and then open the floor for live conversation. If you’d like to help shape the discussion, please consider submitting your question ahead of time.

I hope you’ll stop by, say hello, and connect with neighbors tomorrow!

I submitted a comment, but this illustrates my point with the icing on bus routes like 12th Avenue.

Please also throw into the mix the suggestion of routing the D10 down to 11th West of Downing and Corona. 12th would then only get cleared to those streets, after which the plows will divert down to 11th.

I don't think we're adding too much here, just focusing our efforts a little bit more.

Perhaps we can go a step further & create plow notifications just like the street sweeper to let people know that they're potentially parked on a plow route and just ask them to consider moving their vehicles during the day to a side street.

This will allow the plows to clear the snow to the curb and efficiently clear bus routes and bike Lanes at the same time.

Thank you in advance!

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson
