Hello,

When & how will we begin addressing encroachments to the public right-of-way?

At minimum, I feel Property owners should be required to pay for the public property that they've assimilated as private property.

However, it's a much bigger problem for Denver Deserve Sidewalks when these encroachments obstruct future sidewalk installations.

This installation along 26th at Monaco should probably be removed & reinstalled.

Can you please share this information with the DOTI Advisory Board & the Mayor's Pedestrian Advisory Committee?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson

Hello again,

Any updates available on this?
I think it's important that we're installing straight sidewalks that are ADA-compliant.

Could we also get details published on the sidewalk widths & set-backs relative to the City of Denver Street Types on the Denver Sidewalks Page? http://denvergov.org/Sidewalks
I'm referring to this Street Type Map.
https://www.denvergov.org/files/assets/public/v/1/community-planning-and-development/documents/planning/blueprint-denver/street_types_map.pdf

In short, the street types indicate the volume & speed of traffic & therefore would indicate wider sidewalks farther away from the roadways.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,
