Hello all,

I've already been over this issue with Jolon Clark & Arthur Gilkison, but they don't perceive it as a problem that needs to be addressed.

My request is for the porta-potties & dumpsters along the D8 Bike Route in City Park be relocated so that they're not physically on the bike route and trucks servicing the Porta potties or collecting trash are not stopped in the roadway.

There are plenty of options, but the porta-potties could be relocated to the opposite side of the pavilion near the parking lot. The dumpsters could be scattered around the park on available concrete pads installed for that purpose.

The smell this morning was nauseating...

Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Respectfully,

Hello Jeff Anastasio, Chris Hansen, & Kyle Harris,

I've been over this issue numerous times with Denver Parks and Rec, but have yet to receive a response explaining why the Porta potties must specifically be in this location.

This is the D8 bike connection through City Park and it's probably the most heavily trafficked section of roadway in the entire park by bikes and pedestrians since several bike routes funnel riders to this specific section of roadway.

I personally have witnessed numerous near misses and also do not use these porta-potties while walking my dogs since they will have to essentially be tethered out into the roadway.

One simple solution is to relocate them over to the parking lot area.
Are you able to find out why they can't be placed over there?

Thank you in advance for your help with this issue.

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson
