Car-Free Section along Duck Lake

Hello,

The car-free section in City Park along Duck Lake is open when I believe it's supposed to be closed to cars during the week Monday through Thursday.

Instead of closing that section Monday through Thursday, could we instead close the section north of the MLK Memorial permanently?

This would mean the park staff won't have to uninstall and reinstall the removable bollards on a weekly basis.
