Trash Collection on Street Sweeping Days

Hello,

I've attempted to remind residents to the trash bins on the curb when trash collection coincides with street sweeping.

Unfortunately, many still don't place their bins on the curb or across the street. 

Is it possible for the drivers to place the bins on the curb after collection?

I feel this will go a long way to help clean our streets of debris, preventing that debris from being washed into storm drains and clogging them.
