Good Afternoon RNO Leaders,

Thank you all so much for your service to our community! We are excited to announce our Q1 2026 All RNO Meeting with Mayor Mike Johnston in March. As we mentioned in our previous All RNO Meeting, we would like to host a pre-meeting planning session ahead of time to discuss your feedback from our meeting in December, and to craft the agenda for our meeting in March with Mayor Johnston.

I am attaching a Microsoft form to schedule our planning session, I ask that you not distribute this form to your members, this meeting is for RNO leadership to help us form the substance of our Q1 meeting. Please provide your feedback by Wednesday, February 25th, so we can get a date on the books as soon as possible. With the start of the new year, many RNOs have had changes in leadership. If there are any RNO leaders who were not included in this email, please let us know and we will be sure to update our outreach list. Below is the agenda for our pre-meeting planning session:

Thank you all so much, I look forward to seeing you in March!

Good Afternoon RNO Leaders,

Thank you so much for completing our scheduling form for our Q1 All RNO Meeting Planning Session. It looks like Monday March 9th from 5:30PM – 7:00PM was by far the most preferred choice. This meeting will be virtual and is designed to frame out the agenda for our All RNO Meeting with Mayor Mike Johnston later in March. While I am still waiting for confirmation from our scheduling team, I have selected the tentative date of Thursday March 19th for our meeting with Mayor Johnston. This may be subject to change. Our meeting with the Mayor will be hybrid with a virtual option for those who are unable to attend in person.

As a reminder, these meetings are for RNO leaders to receive updates directly from Mayor Johnston, please refrain from sharing to your broader membership, we ask that you designate one to two members of your leadership team to join.
