Ferril Lake Drinking Fountains & Porta-potties in City Park

I don't believe either drinking fountain straddling Ferril Lake to be functional. This one has a basic on/off valve much like a toilet.

You can then see the Honey Bucket truck pass, yet seemingly for no reason as the Porta-potties are disgusting.

They also are still IN the roadway, unlike Wash Park, while simultaneously obstructing views for City Park Jazz.

Please:

- Turn on ALL the water fountains in City Park.

- Service & relocate the Porta-potties so that they're OFF the roadway & not obstructing City Park Jazz.

I suggest the bottom of the hill, but ideally off this section of roadway completely.
