THE DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO CHECK EMAIL OR FOR BOUNCED EMAILS, WHETHER BECAUSE OF A FULL MAILBOX, OR CHANGED EMAIL ADDRESS, OR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH CPD. FINALLY, IF AN RNO HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY EMAIL ADDRESS TO CPD, THE DEPARTMENT WILL SEND NOTIFICATION THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE.
