Hello!

My name is Laura, and I am reaching out on behalf of the City and County of Denver's Solid Waste Department.

Your support as a dedicated and involved community group is invaluable to keeping residents informed across the city. This holiday season, please help us educate the City and County of Denver’s solid waste customers on how to use Denver’s compost and recycling services and special programs.

Attached is a toolkit (in English and Spanish), which includes a newsletter article on Denver's waste rebate program and social media posts highlighting special Thanksgiving week solid waste pickup schedules and seasonal services, such as Treecycle and holiday light recycling.

Please use this toolkit to help us distribute these messages through your organization’s channels— we appreciate your support! Please reach out if you have any issues accessing the materials.

Connect with us!
We are happy to visit your organization by setting up a presentation at an upcoming meeting or community event. Please let me know if you are interested, and we will get something scheduled for the new year.

Thank you,
Laura

Thank you for sharing!

I did my best to share where I could.

How is this information being shared by the city outside of the RNO contacts?

This is an example that demonstrates the issue we have with information being relayed through registered neighborhood organizations.

How is this going to be addressed in the RNO reform process?

Thank you in advance!

Respectfully,
Bryan Wilson
