Compile CP2K on Intel PVC GPUs

I see there is already successful runs on PVC GPUs on Page 10 https://www.cp2k.org/_media/dev:cp2k_dev_meeting_22_07_24.pdf

I wonder if the compilation recipe/commands/arch file is available for sharing.
