Error message: Setting the ELPA real_kernel failed

Dear all

When running some simple test calculation this error message occurred, the problem is everything goes fine with using the version ssmp and sopt, but failed when using popt or psmp.

All parallel test calculation was run on only one node. The installation information has been attached below.
