Greetings from ELCIA .

 

Electronics City Industries Association (ELCIA) is an Industrial Association built with an objective to protect and promote the interests of the industries by sharing technology and information as well as to provide a forum for addressing common problems confronting the industries.

 

In our endeavour to support our member organizations in finding suitable talent and also to support the educated & aspiring youth to find suitable career opportunities, we have planned to conduct a Job Fair on the 5^th March’17, the Sunday, at NTTF Campus in Electronic City.

 

Towards this we have partnered with a HR Technology company that owns a job portal named www.jobsfactory.in. The team from www.jobsfactory.in carries expertise in conducting job fairs in a planned manner to fulfill the expectations of both companies and candidates.

 

“TALENT MEETS OPPORTUNITY” JOB FAIR 2017

 

In this Job Fair we expect a participation of at least 2000 jobseekers in and around Bangalore (from Post Graduates, Graduates in all streams including Engineering, Diploma’s, ITI’s, and 12^th Std.). The focus is primarily on the Frontline Positions, where the annual CTC does not exceed 6 Lacs.

 

In many ways this job fair is different and brings to you some unique advantages.

1. Only the pre-registered candidates are permitted into the venue, and each candidate will have a color-coded identity card for the employers to meet only those who are eligible.
2. For those companies who are sharing the details of positions/vacancies and eligibility criteria in advance, support will be extended in doing the preliminary screening. This way you get to see more candidates who are closer to meeting your expectation.
3. Your team will be assigned a separate place for interacting with the prospective candidates. Also, you will be supported by a dedicated volunteer throughout the day.
4. The details of positions/vacancies and eligibility criteria will be displayed in the venue at multiple locations to navigate the candidates to reach the right employer. You can also display your company banner within the space allotted to you.
5. On completion of the job fair you will be provided with the database of all the registered candidates matching the eligibility criteria of the positions for which you are hiring.
6. Besides this, your company will also get a one-year free access to the database in www.jobsfactory.in portal.

 

Extensive campaigning has been planned to reach out to the potential candidates (through mail/SMS campaigning, paper inserts, local newspaper adv., social media campaigning etc).

 

There is NO fee charged either to the candidates or participating companies.
