Connection succeeding but NATing not occuring

Goodday all,
I have a situation where the securemote is connectin successfully to
the Office but then it is not NATing on the Decrpyt when i try to
access a server. It is seeing and attempting to use the Remote client's
internal IP behind its real modem IP. I have selected the Connectivity
Enhancements, IKE over TCP and Force UDP encapsulation but still
nothing. Any advice?
