Secureclient and inter-site vpn's

Hello,

We have a firewall that is setup to vpn to our other offices, this
firewall is also used for client vpn ie secureclient. The problem is
when the clients are connected they can only connect to hosts on the
local network and not to the other sites, apart from creating multiple
sites on the securemote, is there a way round this ?
