OSPF on Nokia

I've got a Nokia VRRP cluster running IPSO 4.1 and FW1 R62 and am trying
to use OSPF to receive routing updates from a Cisco router on one of the
DMZ's. FW1 has a rule to accept OSPF from the router but the cluster
continues to drop all OSPF packets.

Does anybody have any ideas what is going wrong? It does not seem to be
the anti-spoofing problem that I've seen described in a number of other
places.
