CozyRoc\SSIS\License.dat is busy

Working on a new install, entered the license and everything looks good. When I run an SSIS package via SQL Agent, it fails with this pre-validation message. I confirmed the License.2012 app was closed and not hung up in the background or anything.

Google didn't turn up any results to this being a problem that comes up that often. Short of restarting the environment, anyone run into this before?

Hi Chris,

You most probably didn't provide explicit read/write permissions to the License.dat file for the user account you use to execute packages under SQL Job agent. Please carefully review the license instructions posted here.
