OpenPGP Task

I have a simple OpenPGP task where I have identified the source and target files and the PublicKeyRing (reference to public key file).  My action is set to "Encrypt file".  My error when running is "No encryption methods specified".  I don't know what the error is referencing.  I can say that even though I set the PublicKeyRing to point to my public key file, I have no key to select from when I choose the key drop down.
