Hi Ruth,

Here are a few points that I took down for POWG

Points for the Partnerships/Outreach Working Group

-          Each representative to focus on developing partnerships within their own region and we are to assess what regions we have covered within the group, and then to report back to Lucy, or the Conference of the Youth GoogleGroup as to what regions we are missing and what we are covering. (I have got South Africa pretty much covered, but we need to find out what regions the others represent).

-          Kiara Worth, myself and the SST will be working on developing the COY/COP Essay Competition, hopefully in conjunction with WESSA. 

-          BlueBuck Summit – to be happening (15<sup>th</sup>-17<sup>th</sup> July) and a good platform to advertise the Conference of the Youth, and develop partnership and connections in SA building up to COY.

-          We need to advertise the Online Working group position to the partners we have thus far, and within our own groups, as they are short of positions.

- Everyone to read over the minutes from the general COY meeting held on Saturday. (I will send these through to you). Important information held therein as to how things are coming with COY. 

I'll let you know if there is anything else that needs to be passed on.
