Hi,

Sorry for being quiet for a while, been busy traveling and meeting friends and family. Will enjoy summer in Scandinavia for the next month! However, got my notebook back, and what Debra talked about is called the Eco-schools programme and is run by WESSA and WWF. You can read more here (http:/www.wwf.org.za/what_we_do/environmental_leadership_development_/wessa_wwf_eco_schools_programme/ ) The schools get rewarded for their efforts to be environmentally friendly, and both urban, rural, high-income, and low-income schools have been awarded.

Maybe this can be something to look into when it comes to outreach?

Take care!

Karolina

Hi All,

I am currently contact with Anisa who is in charge of the eco-schools, and they are on the general COY mailing list, so don't worry about trying to form partnerships with them, as we have already established a partnership with them. Thanks anyway Karolina.

Kind regards
Alex
