Hi all,

On the POWG call last night, we decided it would be useful to have a place where we can all make a record of organisations and individuals we've contacted about COY.

We thought this would be a good idea after some members raised concerns that different working groups have been duplicating effort, and contacting the same organisation twice with similar requests.

Please use this googledoc to add any information about organisations you've been in contact with. It only takes a minute to fill in, and I've provided an example.

I'm also going to share it with the wider COY mailing list. If we all keep a record like this, it avoids upsetting potential partners with too many requests, and helps us to make the most of our precious organising time!
