Thank you for the update. and offcourse the doodle. Devine was just about to prepare one. But since you have done it.. its very fine, However, since, Devine has been identified to bottomline the POWG,  I suggest we have facilitate the the next meeting. This i am sure he will be happy to do. However, you can guide him. I will be note taker this time round. On the meeting, venue, we suggest we have it at :  http://ietherpad.com/4sG7oT6dMx  ( its much more easier to write the minutes) as well at skype ( voice call). Please read the previous email regarding this i sent. I will be happy to make further clarification.

Hi Ebrima,

No problem! However, the Program WG is a bit different from the Partnerships and Outreach WG - it's looking more at the content of COY and that sort of thing - and if Divine is already bottonlining one WG it might be a good idea to hold the meeting and see if someone else would like to bottomline this WG. That way everyone has a chance to get involved and spread the workload.

I'll check out iEtherpad in more detail for sure! We generally use Skype text chat as well - Skype voice calls don't work very well when there's quite a few people, plus with bad connections, and with text its also easier to take minutes. If iEtherpad is easier than Skype we should definitely use it. Do you have to sign up to get access?
