Doodle POWG meeting!

Hi Everyone,

As mentioned by Alex, we all seem to want to have a meeting but no one
has set up a Doodle, so I've made one!

Hi Everyone,


I'm so sorry, it has been brought to my attention that the times on
the doodle poll are UK (GMT) time, for some reason you can't
automatically change it to the time of your location. So for the time
being can everyone just add/minus the hour difference! Again, I'm
sorry for the inconvenience, next time we'll get someone more
technologically literate to do it!

Hi all,

 

Sorry for my recent silence, been mega busy with Bonn and post-Bonn work catch up!

 

Massive thanks to Fatima for sorting out the doodle poll. Is this now closed? We need to pick a meeting time ASAP.

 

Just to clarify, I am not the sole coordinator for this group. I put my name down as one of three people willing to support it in an interim organising role when noone came forward to coordinate. I think we need a clearly named person with a position of responsibility as this arrangement isn't working. People have started to assume I coordinate the group (my name just happens to be the first on the list because that's the order we updated the spreadsheet!) and I don't think I have the capacity to do a good job of this.  

 

So please think about stepping forward to bottom-line this group if you want to see things moving forward more efficiently. We can discuss this in the next meeting.

Hi everyone,


Sorry for not closing the poll earlier, I was slightly preoccupied
this weekend. The day/time that had the most people, apart from today
(which is too soon) was THURSDAY 23:00 GMT. I propose we set the
meeting for this time and date so that we can have the meeting asap.
Let me know if you disagree, if not, I shall post this in a new thread
+ to the wider group later on today.

There a few people who I was expecting to fill out the doodle but
haven't yet. But hopefully they'll be ok with this time.

** Anyone who has not yet provided their Skype name please do.

Finally. I totally agree with Kristina's concerns and that topic
should be some what of a priority in the Agenda.
