hello everyone,
Thanks for your warmly support.
Gabriel,Emi, Shoya, and I had a meeting this morning.
We have already come out with a proposal, including a confirmed agenda and questions in each round.
Big thanks to you!

I think we are going to have posters by this afternoon, after the venue is confirmed. Ye Tao is working on the posters and Shoya is working on the place.
May you help us to get this information around? Just pass this info to other youth delegates from your country, your working groups and whoever you know. We need a diversity of participants, so we don't need too many people from the same country ( 5 is enough), but we need as much country as possible.
Kanchan is helping with creating a google spread sheet, for the participants registration. Once she's done with that, she'll tell us.

We are going to have another meeting at tomorrow 10 am at the coffee corner besides the Halfdan Rasmussen (side event area, between the climate kitchen) We are allocating works and roles in the cafe, if you can help, please come.

Thank you very much!
It's so excited that we started to generate mutual understanding! I can't wait to see what will happen.

Hi there,

I have been to the room booking counter today and made a reservation for Friday 16.00, a meeting room for max 50 people. (do you have a beter estimate?).
There is one BIG issue> meeting rooms cannot be booked for longer than one hour.
so, either we shorten down the time of the cafe or we find a different location.

we can talk about it at the meeting tomorrow!
best,
kai

Dear All,

Sorry I have missed out on a lot of meetings. But I think this is a great idea and we can even take it further online discussion forum to continue the discussions.

I am attaching the registration form which should be helpful in ensuring that we get a variety of participants.

Another good news I have is that I talked to British Council and they said that they could help us book the room!

Let me know if I need to do that.

I can get some nepali participants and maybe from Bangladesh too!

We also need to think of getting this into media..Any creative ideas how we can do it?

We can just do a simple press release and blog about it.. But there could be more. We could announce the launching of the online discussion forum in
Registration for Youth Capacity World Cafe.xls
