about the venue

Hello everyone

I've also booked anther venue at 17:00-18:00

But the concern is that because they could not make sure we can book in the same room with Energy Crossroads did, we might ha have to change rooms during the two hour world cafe.

Now I have another idea is that we held our activity at the corner besides to the DANSK Bank and DHL counter.

There are a big and empty corner where just a few people would go to.

I've asked the guard over there, they said we can feel free to have a meeting there.

How do you think?

we are going to decide right after the meeting at 10 and make the announcement everywhere

so if your are there but not able to come to the meeting, please give us feed back if you have better ideas.
