TV reception via Cox Cable is horrid tonight.

Is anyone else having poor reception, I find every 10 to 30 minutes I
have horizontal bands on my TV, then they become large bands all
encompassing, and then the picture clears up again...

I have turned off the TV as it is impossible to watch, and Cox service
number has been busy the last 20 minutes...
