As well as having an account with cox, I have the Scientific Atlanta
Explorer 3250 box from cox. Has anyone noticed that the picture and
voice are not synced? Now that I was told about it by a friend when we
were watching the TV, I can't help but notice it all the time. It's
like watching a cheap martial arts movie.
