Horus Issue

Finally got the scanner to work, but Horus stops responding during the scan. Any one else having this issue? HELP!

I had this problem on an older laptop (Intel Core Duo) running Windows 7. I have had good luck with a newer laptop (Intel core i7) running Windows 10.
