I recently bought and put together the scanner but am running into issues with the stepper motor. When I try to control it via horus, it just jiggles and doesn't rotate. I have calibrated via this method on page 37 and it is corerct. I have tried different stepper motors and replacement drivers and still the same result. Is there any suggestions to get it to work correctly?

You've tried both drivers and steppers that you know are functional and neither solves the issue? It's rare that a stepper goes bad but it does happen occasionally. If its not the stepper it's almost always the driver. Is it possible there is something sticking in the turntable? Maybe try removing the turntable and see if the stepper can move the gear with no load.
