customize the ticket template

How can I custiomize the ticket template?Can I change an existing
title?
I need change the "group" to "dept",remove the "private"

Can I use the mysql database?

Hi ashensky81,

You can customize the ticket templates in a few ways. You can change
the template layout and fields by going to the Admin->Ticket Templates
option on the rep side of the system and clicking Edit on the template
you'd like to adjust. If you want to change the actual color scheme
and appearance, you will want to go to Admin->Display Template and
edit the "help template".

Changing the word from group to dept however is going to require some
changes to the CONF table in the database. There is a TITLE field
which is used to display the field title and there maybe several
places where you'll find the word "Group".

The private option should only appear when creating a ticket from the
rep side of the system, and there is no way to turn it off.

The system is not designed to work with MySQL. Sorry.
