Manhattan Coworking

I'm bummed that I can't make the Open House this Friday. That's just
what I've been looking for.

FWIW - I'm still a new New Yorker, having moved from San Francisco to
up near Columbia U. at the end of May 2006. Since then I've been
spending most of my days working from my apartment working on & with
open source software for a for-profit company that's out in California

Sometimes I go for long bike rides in the middle of the day. Sometimes
I play with the cat until she gets bored of me. Sometimes I cook big
lunches and play guitar through headphones to try to unwind. Often I
drink 3 pots of tea a day. I try to get out to cafes but I haven't
found much of an active cafe community on this end of NYC. Haven't
looked too hard, though.

Once again I'm going to SF for a week to work. After that I look
forward to getting my coworkin' on.
