My story is this. I am a freelance web-developer currently living in
Baltimore, Maryland that is tired of going to coffee shops to get work
done. I thought up an idea to get some office space and divide it into
individualized working environments for freelancers. This includes
creative artists of any kind; web-people, graphics-people, print-
people, advertising & marketing, writers, and of
course...entrepreneurs!

I got online and noticed that this is an actual business model and
many of you call it Coworking. Ehh..I guess that stuck. Regardless, it
only helps my situation to know that there are resources available to
help me reach my goal of developing this idea here in Baltimore.
