Just talked to Vince today on the phone and was impressed with his value
offering.

If you're in the OC area, definitely talk to him. (I just emailed some
investors his contact info, as I think he's got a pretty solid angle.)

Vince. Also very interested in discussing this. I live in Irvine an
currently have an office in Laguna Beach. I've been involved in
planning out a couple of these spaces and used 1/2 a dozen or so
myself over the past few years on the East Coast before moving out
here a year ago. I'm interested in discussing.
