Paper? Whiteboard? Using "software seems overly complicated/
corporate. If scheduling becomes a huge issue for us (needing remote
access to that info) we could always put it on BaseCamp or write a
quick Rails app...

+1 upcoming, we use google calendar for our conference space but I am
looking at genbook.
The space is on a "if it's not being used it's yours and free" so we
only have to manage events in the calendar. As far as meeting space is
concerned, we decided against it and just have informal sofa areas
scattered about as the overhead of managing and charging meeting space
just didn't seem to be the right thing for us.
