Thoughts on this: WeWork's acquisition of Managed by Q

Stumbled upon this article last night on TechCrunch about WeWork's most recent acquisition: Managed by Q. Managed by Q is an office management platform that helps companies handle non-work related tasks in the office (cleaning, IT support, supplies etc.) 

Just wanted to know what the community's thoughts are on this, and if WeWork is really placing itself in a good position with all its new acquisitions!
